After waiting for over 2 years, RoadRunner has finally installed a
Webmail interface in New York City. Good show However, it's
configured to be of limited value to many of your customers.

Question: Isn't the idea behind WEBmail to give your customers access
to their email away from home?

Assuming the answer is yes, why cant this page be used through many
Novell networks and Internet ? Everybody else's can? Take a look
at what happens when I try to use this page from a corporate server



* It times-out immediately after you log-on, rendering it useless
* I'm able to connect to it just fine
* I'm prompted for my userid & password
* Look at this screen capture closely. This problem occurs AFTER
authentication and BEFRE the page fully loads
* This is NT a connectivity issue - Tracerouts are normal and fast,
with no timeouts, elongated ping times or excessive hops.

Please note that all other webmail interfaces in common use (Verizon,
online, Comcast, etc.) work properly through this server with
no problems . I'm NLY having a problem with this RR page.

Contacting support on this issue has been particularly frustrating.
I'm given inconsistent, speculative and inaccurate information. No
one seem to know why this page is behaving this way. Accordingly, I
would appreciate having this issue elevated to the appropriate
sysadmin, so I could at least get a logical answer that makes sense.
in the alternative, having the problem corrected.
