Excel Macro Security Protection

Hi guys,

In my company, Excel macro has been widely used by users to perform data manipulations which involve sensitive data. Instead of creating policies to restrict users using them or convert the spreadsheets to real applications, are there any other 3rd party tools or options that I can purse to increase the security protection and at the same time preserve the "easy to use" feature to users?
