Extra footnote: Size of Vector limited to 1024 MB of Heap Size
but in Ada: Integers are 4 bytes
The Ada 95 Reference Manual 3.5.4(21) says "In an implementation, the range of Integer shall include the range -2**15+1 +2**15-1." Has this changed in Ada 2005?
