FW: exec php.exe in windows

>Env: IIS, Windows XP, PHP 4.3.10 (cgi-fcgi)

Windows, it seems that the php process is waiting for input - maybe
php the arguments are not passed to php?

Is there a way to log or track what the php process is waiting for?
