install_files.pl

This patch is not so good. I studied the fedory rmp spec and gentoo
ebuild and want all the manual fixes/hacks here.

We should rather skip /usr/{compilers,config,src,language,tools}

Later needed:
symlink /usr/include/parrot/parrot.h to /usr/include/parrot.h
mv ${D}/usr/bin/pdb.exe ${D}/usr/bin/parrot_pdb.exe

But I'm still testing.
