Regarding the SLA..
Hello Guys,
Today I came across Eventum.Earlier I have been using TRS and HelpCRE
as Ticket Tracking Tool.Eventum, no doubt , is superb Tool but I need to
know if the following features exist in this system or not .Its related
to SLA ?( Service Level Agreement).
Pls Suggest?
