Customer Users Login - blank screens for "create issue" and "list issues"

Hi,

I have enabled customer integration using the "example" customer
integration.

I created the users using the create_customers.php script



However when I test logging in as a customer I get a blank screen when
navigating to either "Create Issue" or "List Issues".

These work fine if I log in as a non-customer user.



Any suggestions about what I am missing? Probably some templates?
