How to create a Batch file for displaying pop-up

It is for displaying a pop-up message with an 'ok' button while running a batch script for some software install in the laptop/desktop.

Basically , Its like window software packaging, then
send how to package say an html file which will pop-up in a message window first and then user presses ok, then rest of the steps of the script will be executed.
