FTP Batch File Issues

Hello,

I am trying to create a batch file that will reference a text file containing FTP commands to transfer files from one server to another (see below):

Test.bat
ftp -s:test.txt 11.11.11.11

test.txt
username // to access server
password // to access server
ascii
put file.txt
bye

___________

When I run the batch file, it informs me that it cannot open test.txt. I have add all permissions to the file.

Any thoughts?
