Unable to reassign bug in Bugzilla 3.0

Hi,

I am trying to reassign a bug to another member. The moment I give commit after selecting the option 'reassign bug to', it takes me to a blank page. The status bar in IE 6 says 'done' at the bottom left, but the page is completly blank. URL at this point in .../bugzilla-3.0/process_bug.cgi

I tried running checksetup.pl script, it gave me the following warning message.

I also ran recode.pl script and then again checksetup.pl, but it still gives me the warning message and the blank page.

Please suggest...what should i do...
