soft vs hard reload in Konqueror and khtml

That's good news! I don't have an SVN account, so if someone could commit on
my behalf I would be grateful. I'll leave it up to you guys to decide
whether to keep the "special-casing" of images, but based on Mario's
comments, it sounds like it might not be needed.
