Merge backup objects with other clients'

of the old clients is at the local data center. The other is at a
remote data center. The new, third client is also at the remote data
center.

I could rename the first old client at the local data center to the
name of the new client at the remote data center, then export the
node to the remote TSM server, merging filespaces.

Then, to move the backup objects from the second old client to the
new client, I could export the second client from the remote data
center to the local data center. Then, rename that node to the same
name as the new node at the remote data center-- and export its
objects to the remote server.

Does anyone see a simpler, better way?

Thank you,
Keith Arbogast
