Is it safe to update James to Java Mail 1.4.1?

Hello,

The question is in the subject, I've been planning to run James in
production, and wonder if updating Java Mail in James to the latest 1.4.1
version is fine. James currently has 1.4 -- that is in the official James
package. If there's danger (subtle regressions, for example), I won't do it,
but I need people's assurance that using the currently released version of
James is fine in a production setting.

I am also interested in updating other components, but I thought I'd first
ask about one of the most primary one. Finally, I am wondering if there's
any plan to release an official update to James, containing such component
updates.

Thanks in advance.
