rpc server is unavailable code 1722

D7 Pro XP SP2
Had to rebuild computer now I get this error. when trying to print
using quick report 4.04 pro for D7.
Can print using MS word,or notepad or other programs.
Any help greatly appreciated. Web serches so far have not turned up an
answer.
