Problem accessing MS Access MDB on Win98 PC

Hi All,

I have a bit of a problem with one of my applications. of our
customers installed it onto a Windows 98 PC and it promptly failed
with a 'can't find jet 3.6' error.

As far as I can remember we have tested the application on a Win98 PC
with no problems, that said when I installed it onto a Win98 PC here
it failed with the same error message!

I have tried installing MDAC 2.8 (in the hope that it would install
the missing drivers) but still no good :-( Any ideas would be
gratefully accepted.

WIN 98 Second Edition

Is it windows 98 second edition? I had a problem with that on 98 1st edition? See if that helps!! Otherwise you must really think of upgrading hey.Win98 really of the shelf!!
