check integrity of the db

Hi again, i was experience some weir events with my ASE 12.5 mounted
on a Solaris 9, its working ok but then i dont kinow why the server
sends this message:

CT-LIBRARY error:
ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library
error: Net-lib operation timed out

please could you give some tip to check the status of the db or what
can i do for diagnose this behavior.

Is this displayed at a client or is this in the server log?

Can you give version numbers of client and server?
