Unknown virus, trojan or spyware

I have some kind of unknown virus or trojan that cannot be detected by norton or kapersky. It's a work laptop and somehow any type of safemode without network support is disabled. I have tracked down the responsible dll file but i can never delete it because it's always in use. I tried using hijack this and moveonboot to remove the file but it doesn't work. The file is called urqPGWNg.dll and is 322,560 bytes in size. It appears to keep spawning other randomly named dlls like hviqrxwd.dll and nlrhagwb.dll. It makes the computer run very slow and flakey. Using internet explorer is a nightmare and it is constantly launching new internet explorer windows with advertisements for anti spyware software (how ironic) like - antispywareexpert (d0t) com. I am not sure what else it does. There has to be a way to get rid of this - can anybody help? My IT dept is useless and I need to work over the weekend. Can anyone please help?

Hi, you didnt happen to figure out a solution to this nasty virus did you? I seem to have the same symptoms and neither AVG or Avast can find the culprit. Any information you can share would be helpful!
