PLEASE HELP!!!-Annoying Virus that does not allow me to do anything!

Hey,

I have recently acuired a virus on my laptop. It causes the computer to close every window and start menu every few secconds or when I try to open something. This is causing it to be impossible to run a virus search or to do anything else.
